Peter Lohnes of Talmadge/Fitzpatrick will present "An Ounce of Prevention... How Acting to Preserve the Record for Appeal Can Help You Win (at Trial Too)."
Peter will present a useful tutorial
on how to create a complete and comprehensible trial
record, avoid some of the pitfalls that can occur when a
live trial is reduced to a paper record, and hopefully lay
the groundwork that will persuade the trial court to rule
the right way before an appeal ever
becomes necessary. 1.0 CLE credit has been approved by the WSBA
for this presentation.
